This came to me as a pick for the black Friday sales and it's the worst material I have seen as a shirt. It really looked old when it got to me.
The others I bought before I had to pick the promo one are so beautiful with great finishing.
You shouldn't have added this here for anyone to take home, I felt cheated.

I’m quite slim and 175cm so the 15 inch collar fitted well
So I think we have to be reminded of the cost of the suit and the expectation of quality of service.
Which really cannot be argued. My only grumble is the response from customer service took a little longer than I would expect and my Tailor struggled to let the trousers out due to how the waistband in the trousers were made. That aside I would recommend the company and the suits without any question. They did help me out with delivering the suit within a tight deadline. Big thanks!

Great shirt, fits beautifully, arrived very promptly, very pleased.
The tux I got was nice. They put an insert in that said if I need to get it altered by a local tailor, which I did, submit the receipt to them and they'd compensate me up to $40. I have submitted the receipt through their chatbot as well as emailing and I cannot seem to get any form of response from anyone. I called the phone number too, and it just rang forever until it said the call couldn't be completed. So it's nice that the clothes were good, but I'm not sure why you'd offer a service like the tailor compensation if you aren't going to do it.
