Easy US returns within 14 days. Changed your mind? No problem.

You don't need to contact us first. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to your account and request a return: account.jackmartinmenswear.co.uk
2. We'll send you a prepaid US return label within 3 business days.
3. Pack your item securely, attach the label, and send it back.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to your original payment method. A $9 return shipping fee (per order) will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same process. Request a return through your account for a refund, then place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This is the fastest way to get your new shirt — no waiting for the return to clear first.

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unscented, with all tags still attached.
• Items must be in a suitable resale condition. Returns that don't meet this can't be accepted.
• Please make sure your return reaches us within 14 days of the day you received it.
• Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please pack them securely so they can't be damaged on the way back.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• A $9 return shipping fee (per order) will be deducted from your refund when a prepaid return label is provided.

A FEW EXCEPTIONS

The $9 return shipping fee does not apply if you received a wrong or faulty item. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
