Can I return my custom shirt?

Because every shirt is made to your spec, custom orders can't be returned or refunded. Unless the item is wrong or faulty, in which case we'll remake or refund it in full. That's exactly why we guarantee the fit before production starts.
How does the fit guarantee work?

Measure a shirt you already own and love. Don't worry about getting it right on your own. We've fitted customers remotely for years, and we'll walk you through every measurement step by step. Our guide shows you exactly how and share your height, weight and usual size. From there, we'll match you to the right size and fit together, and we won't cut a single thread until every measurement is confirmed with you. Say you're between a 15.5" and a 16": we'll talk it through, compare it against your own shirt's measurements, and settle it before production starts. And if it's ever too close to call, we can ship you a sample shirt to try first, just ask.
Can I see the fabrics before ordering?

Of course. We'll send you a swatch pack of your chosen fabrics for $10–$20, depending on the selection. Postage and return postage included. Return the swatches and we'll refund the fee, or if you go ahead with an order, we'll deduct it from your total.
How long does the whole process take?

Around 2–4 weeks from start to finish, depending mostly on how quickly we can confirm the details together. Here's how it flows:

  1. We agree every detail after your first message, then quote you the price
  2. Once you've paid, we send your base sample shirts to nail down your size and fit
  3. You confirm, we cut and your shirt is delivered within 2 weeks of approval

The main variable is turnaround: the quicker we can confirm your measurements together (and the sooner any swatches make their way back to us), the sooner your shirt arrives. Shipping to the US adds a few extra days on top.
